Import and cold chain

Many plant diagnostic reagents are biological products. They must be imported under the right conditions and kept within their temperature range from the manufacturer to your bench.

Import

• Products are imported in line with the Australian Government's biosecurity import conditions.
• Where a product needs a permit or declaration to reach New Zealand, we tell you before the order is confirmed. See New Zealand.

Shipping

• Products marked Cold chain on their product page ship chilled.
• Freight is quoted with each order, so you can see how it will travel before you confirm.

When it arrives

• Put cold-chain products into the stated storage straight away.
• Check the temperature indicator, if one is included, and tell us promptly if it shows the range was exceeded. See returns.
